Ready to ride the wind and glide above the waves? Our Wingfoil Lessons will take you from zero to flying in just a few sessions! No experience needed – just bring your stoke, and we’ll bring the gear and good vibes. All levels welcome!

Each session is carefully designed to build your skills progressively:

Lesson 1: Introduction & Wing Control (2h)

Goal: Get familiar with the equipment and learn how to control the wing on land first, then in the water.

Topics Covered:

• Overview of wing foiling gear: wing, board, foils.
• Essential safety guideline: Basic safety rules.
• Wing handling on land: position, grips, wind zones.
• Practice in the water:
  • Starting from knees.
  • Controlling direction and speed.
  • Basic turns.
• Debrief and feedback.

Lesson 2: Riding with the Wing & First Foil Experience (2h)

Goal: Transition to the foil board and improve wing handling.

Topics Covered:

• Quick recap of key concepts.
• More practice riding with the wing to build confidence.
• Introduction to the foil:
• Body position and balance tips.
• Assisted take-offs on foil (with instructor if needed).
• Introduction to upwind and downwind riding techniques.
• Understanding board orientation relative to wind direction.
• Exercises to control direction and improve balance.
• Learning to control foil height and fall safely.

Lesson 3: Foil Riding & Basic Maneuvers (2h)

Goal: Ride on the foil with control and learn basic transitions.

Topics Covered:

• Review take-off and riding techniques.
• Controlled water starts (from knees or standing).
• Sustained rides on the foil (posture, foot pressure, wing control).
• Basic maneuvers: tacks and jibes (beginner level).
• Techniques for staying upwind and returning to start point.
• Deep-water self-rescue and safe recovery methods.
• Final feedback and personalized tips for progression.
